Credits — Guard Economy
Credits are the primary currency Guards spend in lobby shops on weapons and utilities between rounds. Income scales with survival time, eliminations, objective contribution, and round outcome. Losing rounds still grant partial credits if you participated — afk players earn little.
Smart credit habits separate winning streaks from bankruptcy: save a buffer, buy one upgrade at a time, and avoid cosmetic splurges before owning a reliable combat kit.
The 2X Credits gamepass doubles earnings — multiply only after you consistently spend full balances on meaningful upgrades each session.
XP — Account Progression
XP tracks long-term progression for both Guards and Anomalies. Higher XP may unlock shop tiers, cosmetics, or selection weight depending on icce updates — verify in lobby after patches.
2X XP gamepass accelerates grinding for alt accounts or completionists. New players should prioritize map knowledge over XP farming — performance raises both stats naturally.
Spending Priority List
First purchases: reliable primary weapon, one anti-anomaly utility, credit buffer fund.
Mid-game: secondary sidearm or swap tool, situational utility for SCP-173 stacks.
Late-game: cosmetics, gamepass weapons, or 2X boosts once ROI is obvious from your match history.
- Never zero credits before a planned long session
- Track which purchases actually changed win rate
- Re-read shop after Updates — prices and items shift
Anomaly Players and Economy
Anomalies earn XP from eliminations and round impact even without credit shops. Anomaly mains still benefit from 2X XP; credit passes matter only if you alternate guard rounds.
2X Anomaly Chance is not a currency pass — it affects role RNG, not credits. Budget anomaly hunters buy it before credit boosts.
